Message from LIP3
At LIP3, our name reflects our values:
“Link” – Connecting, “International” – Globally, and “Peace” .
We strive to be a bridge that connects people, nations, and hearts.
Japan is facing a serious labor shortage due to a rapidly aging population.
It is estimated that by 2035, there will be a shortfall of 17.75 million work hours per day, especially in essential industries like caregiving, manufacturing, and services.
Meanwhile, in countries such as Nepal and Myanmar, there are many talented and motivated individuals who dream of working in Japan to support their families and grow professionally.
At LIP3, we connect these dreams with the future of Japanese businesses.
We go beyond simple job placement to deliver full-scale support rooted in trust and reliability.
From visa applications to post-arrival support and cultural adaptation,
we believe “arrival is just the beginning.”
Our team is dedicated to offering personalized assistance every step of the way.
We are not just a staffing agency.
We want every worker, employer, and partner to say,
“Meeting LIP3 was a great encounter.”
And we hope those encounters lead to strength and hope for the future.
With sincerity and care, we aim to be your most trusted partner.

Even first-time employers can feel confident and secure.
Furthermore, through our partnership with TRIPORT Inc., a company with expertise in subsidy applications, we help reduce initial costs such as placement fees, travel expenses, and housing costs. Why?
What Japan Needs Now :
Talent That Stays, Not Quits!
Due to Japan’s declining birthrate and aging population, the labor force continues to shrink each year.
In this environment, it’s no longer enough to simply hire new employees — securing talent that stays is now critical for sustainable business management.
High employee retention reduces training and rehiring costs, while also contributing to workplace stability and increased productivity.
What companies need moving forward is a system that can identify, nurture, and retain individuals who can work for the long term.
At LIP3, we aim to prevent mismatches between companies and candidates, and to introduce talent capable of thriving in the long run.
